• Cancel within 24 hours of booking or up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund of the accommodation cost.
• In exceptional circumstances like pandemics or natural disasters, full refunds are provided regardless of booking date.

• Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process and credit back to your card.
